- In response to the growing demand for our high-precision medical components, we initiated the ISO 13485 medical device quality management system in 2025.We are actively aligning our internal processes with the stringent requirements of the medical industry, focusing on rigorous Risk Management, strict Change Control, and comprehensive design/manufacturing documentation to ensure full batch traceability and regulatory compliance.

2006 (95th Year of the Republic) | Founding & Positioning
Dingshun Plastic Mold Co., Ltd. was officially established. Founded by Mr. Lin based on his years of front-line mold making experience, the company integrated mold design, manufacturing, and plastic injection molding, establishing "stable quality, reliable delivery, and customizable turn-key services" as its long-term strategy.
2007 (96th Year of the Republic) | Introduction of Medical Plastic Components Experience
We began producing medical and healthcare-related plastic products, undertaking OEM tooling and injection molding for respiratory therapy devices. Although a dedicated medical quality management system was not yet implemented at the time, we started establishing stricter raw material lot control and production tracking practices, laying the foundation for future medical-grade product development.
2009–2011 (98th–100th Year of the Republic) | Flexible Capacity & Project-Based Customization
As our client base and product range expanded, we adjusted production line layouts to center on "project-based custom services," catering to different stages from prototyping and small-batch pilot runs to mass production. During this period, we also took on detailed model and toy products—such as plastic kit components for tanks, warships, and fighter jets—which demanded higher precision in detailing, fit, and assembly, further honing our expertise in precision engineering and cosmetic quality.
2012–2014 (101st–103rd Year of the Republic) | Enhancement of R&D Capabilities & Turn-Key Integration
During the mold and product development stages, we began involving ourselves earlier in the clients' design phase to provide manufacturing feasibility analyses and improvement suggestions. Internally, we adopted a "project management" mindset, linking design, tooling, injection molding, post-processing, and inspection into a seamless workflow—allowing clients to track progress through a single point of contact and laying the groundwork for our comprehensive turn-key integration services.
2015 (104th Year of the Republic) | ISO 9001 Implementation & Systematized Management
This year marked a pivotal turning point for Dingshun:
- Official implementation of ISO 9001:2015 International Quality Management System, completing an internal process inventory and standardization.
- Every step—from order intake, design, procurement, and production to inspection and shipping—is fully documented and traceable, enhancing overall quality stability and customer confidence.
- Our turn-key service model became clearly defined during this phase, with clients broadly engaging in long-term, project-based partnerships with Dingshun.
2016–2018 (105th–107th Year of the Republic) | Enhancement of Secondary Operations & Custom Solutions
We continuously expanded our secondary processing and assembly capabilities—such as deburring, trimming, simple assembly, labeling, and packaging—aligning final product delivery closely with actual customer application scenarios. Internally, we accumulated extensive experience in tailoring workflows to specific product characteristics, further enhancing our custom service capabilities.
2019–2022 (108th–111th Year of the Republic) | Multi-Project Execution & Professional Brand Identity
Operating multiple production lines concurrently across medical, precision model, electronic, household, and other custom projects, we strengthened our capacity planning and quality control. Through consistent quality, practical problem-solving, and flexible collaboration models, we progressively established a reputation among clients as a "professional and reliable turn-key plastics partner."
2023–2024 (112th–113th Year of the Republic) | Enhancement of Documentation & Traceability Capabilities
We placed greater emphasis on documenting and retaining process parameters, inspection results, and batch data, enabling full production history traceability for every product and shipment. This also laid the groundwork for future implementation of the medical device-grade ISO 13485 management system.
2025 Onward (114th Year of the Republic Onward) | ISO 13485 Implementation Roadmap & Future Vision
To meet the requirements of medical projects and international clients regarding quality systems, Dingshun plans to phase in the ISO 13485 Medical Devices Quality Management System starting in 2025. By strengthening risk management, change control, and design and manufacturing records, we aim to align medical product development and mass production with international standards.
Moving forward, Dingshun will continue to champion "turn-key, customizable, and professionally dependable" services at its core. Combining decades of experience in tooling and injection molding with local supply chain partners and next-generation engineering talent, we are steadfastly advancing toward becoming a specialized plastic mold and injection molding manufacturer with greater management transparency and tighter quality control.
