We have a long-standing track record of serving a diverse range of industries. Our expertise spans small household appliances, medical components, 3C electronic parts, high-fidelity military aircraft and warship scale models, bathroom deodorizing accessories, and various custom plastic components. - In 2015, we achieved ISO 9001 certification,formalizing our commitment to international quality standards. We have implemented a comprehensive documentation and standardization system across all operational stages—including order intake, design, procurement, manufacturing, quality inspection, and logistics. This ensures full process traceability and consistent quality for every product we deliver.
- In response to the growing demand for our high-precision medical components, we initiated the ISO 13485 medical device quality management system in 2025.We are actively aligning our internal processes with the stringent requirements of the medical industry, focusing on rigorous Risk Management, strict Change Control, and comprehensive design/manufacturing documentation to ensure full batch traceability and regulatory compliance.

民國 95 年（2006）｜創立與定位
鼎順塑膠模具有限公司正式成立，由創辦人林先生以多年第一線模具實務經驗為基礎，整合模具設計、製作與塑膠射出成型，確立「品質穩定、交期確實、可客製化的一條龍服務」為公司長期發展方向。
民國 96 年（2007）｜導入醫療塑膠製品經驗
開始接觸醫療與照護相關塑膠製品，承接呼吸治療類產品的模具與射出代工。雖然當時尚未導入醫療專用品質系統，但已開始建立較嚴謹的原料批號管理與生產紀錄觀念，為未來醫療級產品開發累積經驗。
民國 98–100 年（2009–2011）｜彈性產能與專案型客製服務
隨著客戶與產品別增加，調整產線配置，以「專案型客製服務」為主軸，配合客戶從樣品、小量試產到正式量產的不同階段。此時期也承接精緻模型與玩具相關產品，如戰車、軍艦、戰鬥機等模型膠件，對於細節掌握、配合度與組裝性有更嚴格的要求，進一步磨練公司在精密度與外觀品質上的實力。
民國 101–103 年（2012–2014）｜開發能力與一條龍整合深化
在模具與產品開發流程中，更早期就介入客戶設計階段，提供製程可行性與改良建議；內部也逐步建立「專案化管理」思維，將設計、模具、射出、後加工與檢驗串成一條完整鏈結，讓客戶由單一窗口即可掌握整體進度，奠定日後「一條龍整合服務」的雛形。
民國 104 年（2015）｜ISO 9001 導入與制度化管理
這一年是鼎順的重要轉折點：
- 正式導入 ISO 9001:2015 International Quality Management System，完成內部流程盤點與標準化。
- 接單、設計、採購、生產、檢驗到出貨皆有文件與紀錄可追蹤，提升整體品質穩定度與客戶信心。
- 一條龍服務模式在此階段更趨明確，客戶普遍以專案方式與鼎順長期合作。
民國 105–107 年（2016–2018）｜後加工與客製化方案強化
依客戶需求持續擴充後加工與組裝作業內容，例如去毛邊、修整、簡易組裝、貼標與包裝等，使產品交付形式更貼近客戶實際使用情境。公司內部也逐步累積更多「依客戶產品特性量身訂做流程」的實務經驗，強化客製化服務能力。
民國 108–111 年（2019–2022）｜多元專案並行與專業形象建立
在醫療、精緻模型、電子、家用與其他客製專案之間，同步運作多條生產線，強化排程規劃與品質管控能力。透過穩定的品質、實際解決問題的能力以及彈性的合作模式，逐步在客戶之間建立起「專業、可靠的一條龍塑膠合作夥伴」形象。
民國 112–113 年（2023–2024）｜紀錄與追溯能力提升
更加重視製程參數、檢驗結果與批次資訊的紀錄與保存，讓每一支產品、每一批貨品，都能清楚追溯其生產歷程。這也為未來導入醫療器材等級的 ISO 13485 體系預先鋪路。
民國 114 年（2025）之後｜ISO 13485 導入規劃與未來願景
因應醫療相關專案與國際客戶對品質體系的要求，鼎順規劃自 民國 114 年之後分階段導入 ISO 13485 醫療器材品質管理系統，透過風險管理、變更控制、設計與製造紀錄的強化，讓醫療產品的開發與量產更符合國際標準。
未來，鼎順將持續以「一條龍、可客製、專業穩健」為核心，結合多年模具與射出經驗、在地協力夥伴與新世代技術團隊，朝向管理更透明、品質更可控的專業塑膠模具與射出成型工廠持續前進。
