– Production Operators: Responsibilities include operating injection molding machines and secondary processing workstations, performing visual inspections, and ensuring accurate packaging and labeling in accordance with established SOPs.
– Internships & Cooperative Education: We offer flexible scheduling during your studies, featuring a formal mentorship program and dedicated project guidance.
– Contractors & Strategic Partners: We welcome collaborations in tooling, component machining, metrology, and packaging. (NDA required).

Working Hours &
Compensation
- Working Hours: 08:30–17:30. Day shifts or rotating shifts may be required based on production scheduling.
- Compensation:Salary is negotiable based on individual experience and skill level.Total compensation includes base salary and overtime pay, strictly calculated in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.Additional benefitsinclude perfect attendance bonuses and meal allowances.

Q: Do you provide surface finishing services?
- A: Our core expertise is in precision injection molding. Currently, we do not provide in-house spray painting, laser engraving, pad printing, or screen printing. However, for projects requiring these processes, we are happy to coordinate and manage client-designated subcontractors to ensure integrated project quality.
