To ensure absolute consistency and accountability, we have established a comprehensive system of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and rigorous documentation. Our standardized management protocols cover every critical milestone.
We implement a rigorous traceability system where every production batch is assigned a unique part number, batch number, and detailed manufacturing record. In the event of a customer inquiry or quality concern, this granular level of data allows us to trace back to the specific raw materials and production parameters instantaneously, ensuring swift and accurate issue resolution.

Risk Management:We conduct systematic risk assessments throughout the entire product lifecycle—from initial design and material selection to manufacturing processes and end-user applications—implementing proactive preventive measures at every stage.
Comprehensive Documentation & Records Management:We have established stringent design review, verification, and validation protocols tailored for medical-grade products, supported by meticulous change management documentation to ensure total process consistency and regulatory compliance.
Enhanced Batch Traceability:We have elevated our traceability standards to ensure that every medical-grade component is fully linked to its raw material lots, specific manufacturing parameters, and quality inspection records, meeting the rigorous traceability requirements of the medical device industry.
Comprehensive Documentation & Records Management:We maintain rigorous documentation across all critical processes, including Device History Records (DHR), quality inspection logs, non-conformance reports, and systematic Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). This ensures that every production stage is fully substantiated by verifiable evidence, supporting total regulatory compliance.
We are currently in the phased implementation and process-optimization stage. Upon completion of our internal audits and rigorous system validation, we aim to obtain formal ISO 13485 certification.
