Quality Management Process
Once the fundamental direction is confirmed, Ding Shun’s engineering team assumes full responsibility for the overall mold structural design, focusing on the following key areas:

01. Mold Trial & First Article Inspection (FAI)
Comprehensive dimensional, cosmetic, and functional inspections are conducted on first-article samples to verify that both mold design and molding processes strictly comply with design specifications.

02. Mass Production Process Control
Injection parameters and product quality are continuously monitored and logged per ISO 9001/13485 standards, enabling early anomaly detection to minimize defect rates.

03. In-Process Quality Inspection
Key dimensions, functional performance, and cosmetic defects are verified using precision measurement equipment to guarantee full mass production consistency.
